CUBD brought a USA developer to explore China opportunities and successfully negotiated a JV between this developer and a large Chinese technology company. This JV will develop a large Technology Park in the city of Zhengzhou, Henan Province.
CUBD plays a very important role in terms of regulatary review, contract negotiation, project management and financing for this deal.
