Jeffrey (Jeff) T. Holtmeier, Managing Partner
Jeffrey T. (Jeff) Holtmeier has more than 25 years of successful entrepreneurship, and is a recipient of the prestigious Ernst & Young, NASDAQ/USA TODAY ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’award.
Holtmeier has founded and built several companies, including one of the largest independently owned Voice and Data companies in the USA. As well, he founded a call center software development company based upon his US Patented technology, raised millions of $USD in Venture Capital Funding and sold his first company to large NASDAQ listed firm.
Since the sale, he has invested in several start-ups across a variety of industries, established distribution partnerships with some of the largest companies in the world including AT&T, Panasonic British Telecom, the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB and more. Holtmeier has consulted and advised many CEO’s across various industries including Information Technology, Electronics Manufacturers, Telecom, Internet Applications and Sports Marketing.
In 2004, Holtmeier co-founded a Chinese based digital media technology company and built its business model throughout North & South America, Asia and in 2007 expanded to serve more than 25 million students on the Chinese University Student Market.
Through his subsidiary entity, CUBD, LLC (China US Business Development) Holtmeier has helped numerous US companies establish relations in China through sourcing, Joint Ventures, and Distribution Channels. As well, he is working with several large Chinese firms to expand their presence in the USA, and is an equity partner in a Real Estate JV developing a large Science Park in Henan Province in cooperation with a large Chinese IT firm.
Jun (Yuehan) Sun, Partner China Operations
A Chinese National, Jun has a Marketing Master Degree from Cranfield University located in UK. Jun has spent most of her career working internationally and cover many industries. Jun possess excellent written and verbal English skills, is technically astute and has utilized her talents in Business and Marketing Development for Chinese and US/UK firms. She has deep knowledge on China regulations and manages relations with CUBD clients throughout the engagement.
Peng (George) Kuang, Director
Widely known as one of China's top telecom executives Peng (George) Kuang hold a Masters Degree from Tianjin University. From 1990-1994 George was Engineer, Director and Vice President at Tianjin Optical and Electric Company. In 1994 George was among the first employees of China Unicom in Tianjin and rose to Vice President and AGM overseeing >800 employees. George spearheaded the building of its first PSTN network along with their first GSM network. In 2000 George became CEO of Neusoft Information Systems, China's first non-government owned carrier, building and selling an IP Network designed to carry wholesale traffic for worldwide carriers. In 2002, George acquired this network from Neusoft, and founded Koncept, International.
Celine Liang, Associate
A Chinese National, Celine has her Master's Degree in Accounting, her Chinese Accounting Board Certification nearly 10 years experience working for both American Based Corporations, and Chinese companies doing internetional business. Celine is highly skilled in financial analysis, and has been CFO for a Chinese-US Company since 2005.
Diana Huo, MBA, CPA
A Chinese national, Diana has Masters degrees in Business Administration and Accounting and is a CPA. She also has a degree in English from a Chinese University and has residence in both China and USA. Diana has more than 10 years experience working for both Chinese and US companies in various industries with a strength in financial. |
