CERNET Koncept Project

In 2004 Jeff was a founder in a US and China Based Digital Media Platform Developer and Service Provider. Through the established Joint Venture with Chinese government-owned CERNET the company delivers Advertising Supported Digital Content and Communication services to more than 25 million users throughout China.

About CERNET: Founded on December 28, 2000 and based on the China Education and Research Network ( CERNET ), CERNET Corporation (CERNET Corp. for short) is an internet enterprise jointly invested and established by the Science and Technology Development Center of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and renowned institutions of higher learning including Tsinghua University and Peking University. Entrusted by the Ministry of Education, CERNET Corp. is fully responsible for management and operation of the CERNET network--one of China' s earliest and largest computer internets.

dbaDIRECT Project

October, 2008, CU-BD assists dbadirect ( http://www.dbadirect.com ) to expand their reach in China and successfully assist them to build up their technical team in Shenzhen, China.

Vandercar Science Park Project

CUBD brought Vandercar (http://www.vanhold.com/) to explore China opportunities and successfully established a Real Estate Development Joint Venture with one of the China’s largest technology companies. This JV will develop a large Technology Park in the city of Zhengzhou, Henan Province.

Ruckus Wireless Project

Ruckus Wireless ( http://www.ruckuswireless.com/ ) was sourcing cooperation partners in China. CUBD assists Ruckus build up a wide connection and they have successfully set up an R&D location in mainland China.

Collins Ink Project

Collins Ink ( http://www.collinsink.com ) was sourcing cooperation partners in China. CUBD assists Collins Ink develop relationships for both distribution and manufacturing.

CUBD meets with executives from Bank of China and China Merchant Bank and other large Chinese Banks to discuss financing issues for a large mainland China project. As a result we have developed strong connections with domestic Chinese banks and understand the banking procedures.

Signing Contracts in Zhenghzou, Henan

March 2009, Jeffrey Holtmeier representing Vandercar signing agreement with the Unis Tonghe to set up a JV to develop a large data center project in China. This project received significant support from provincial and local governments.

Chinese Executives meeting with the Governor of the State of Kentucky

CUBD is well connected with various governments in the USA and has arranged meetings for companies to meet with the Governor of the State of Kentucky. Governments can provide incentives for Chinese companies to set up their operations in USA.

Shenzhen Entrepreneur Seminar

The Shenzhen Entrepreneur Association sponsored a seminar for its members on 'DOING BUSINESS IN USA' held at the Shenzhen Marco Polo Hotel. Jeffrey Holtmeier presented lecture topics including: the basics of How to Enter the USA market, to Financing, Distribution, Establishing US Offices, and how to sell to the US market.

MyMedicalRecords.com Project

CUBD assists MMR Information Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: MMRF) (“MMR”) CEO’s visit of China and build up the China relationship for MMR. MMR and Unis-Tonghe Technology (Zhengzhou) Co.,Ltd. Has entered into a memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) and plan to sign a Master agreement to build a company to provide e-medical record service for the Chinese market.
